Who we are

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect your name and email address, and — only if you choose to give them — your phone number and a message. We also record the date and time you sent it.
That is all. We collect nothing else about you on this website.
Why, and on what basis
We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to correspond with you about a possible project. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering a contract — and, where an enquiry does not become one, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else sees it
Your submission is forwarded to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet that we control. Google acts as our processor.
That Sheet is held in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Google’s data processing terms incorporate the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Six months from your last contact with us, after which the entry is deleted. If your enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept under the contract instead and we will tell you at that point.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to info@casadevall.group and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
